I left America 5 years ago and have recently visited. The place is soulless or more like a dark soul. People are the walking dead, chasing nothing but soulless material gain and then thinking that this is culture. Miserable people, the food is expensive and unhealthy, and the culture of capitalistic materialism is an unhappy reality.

I live in Thailand and i juxtapose my life here vs the USA. Something that I find refreshing is hearing feminine women and girls laughter in public on a daily occurrence. Something I’ve never seen in the USA. LIFE is not all about CAPITALISM, MATERIALISM, FAME, and MONEY with lack of ACCOUNTABILITY and CELEBTRATED MORALESS BEHAVIORS.

Americans live in their own bubble. We are the only country that takes our shoes off at the airport and we are the only country that has never had international news on mainstream media. Americans are afraid to be called unpatriotic. It’s a vicious cycle

I just say I’m American because America is the nation of my birth and current residence. I just wanna leave the country because of how it’s turned into the capital of clown world. It’s one massive freak show here.
